Deputies find meth, marijuana in child's lunchbox
On January 30, Navajo County Sheriff’s deputies working with a Show Low K9 unit found drugs concealed in a child’s lunchbox during a traffic stop on Highway 77. After the canine alerted to the vehicle, police searched and officers found something besides lunch in a child’s lunch box.
Keep an eye out for counterfeit $100 bills near Show Low
If you're going to be around the Show Low area any time soon, be sure to double check any $100 bills you receive. The Show Low Police Department recently posted on their Facebook page that they have received reports of counterfeit money circulating in the area.

SHOW LOW — A free science and literacy workshop, called Leap into Science, will be presented to children, ages 3 to 10 years, and their parent or caregiver from 6:15-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, in the event room at Show Low Public Library, 181 N. 9th Street.
