15-year-old boy charged with capital murder in Jefferson County drug-deal slaying
Austin Lee Nunn, 22, was found shot to death July 19 at his Levine Avenue homein Sayre. Jefferson County sheriff's deputies responded about 2:15 p.m. that Thursday after receiving information the victim was unresponsive and appeared to have been beaten. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
