Traffic stop concludes drug investigation - 05-24


DOVER — A 42-year-old Dover man was charged with drug offenses following a Wednesday traffic stop that concluded a three month investigation. Ronald O. Freeman was charged with dealing cocaine and marijuana sale, Delaware State Police spokeswoman Master Cpl. Melissa Jaffe said. He was stopped at approximately 11:30 p.m. in the intersection of Del. 10 and Bay Road after police received information he was allegedly traveling out of state to pick up drugs, authorities said.
