Most waffle recipes call for beaten egg whites to be folded into the batter as the last step. This recipe doesn’t. In fact, they can be made in minutes I always make a full recipe for nine waffles so I can freeze what we don’t eat for future meals. I put each frozen waffle in the microwave for 1 minute before serving.
