EL AL Gets New Business-Class Menu

EL AL Israel Airlines introduced a new menu for business-class passengers departing Israel, developed by chef Shahaf Shabtay. The menu options include appetizers like grilled artichoke with chimichurri and Romanian-style zucchini. The main menu has dishes like a three-hour asado, spring chicken with bulgur in red-wine sauce, tilapia, fish filet kadaif and “cooky bag” spring chicken (chicken cooked in a bag). There are also new desserts, including a chocolate and hazelnut tartlet or pistachio caramel crunch brownie and pistachio macaroon.
