Prune dead growth from the grapevines growing over arbor
Grand Junction Daily Sentinel - 04-20
— Dan I'm going to guess your brother has a grape variety called Himrod. It is the standard seedless green grape grown in this area. As for what to do with them, they would probably benefit from some pruning. Left to themselves, grapes have a tendency to overgrow an area, intruding into areas where you might not want them. Plus, over time they tend to lose some vigor and the plant produces smaller and fewer grapes.
