Marsden drives for gold at Phoenix - 04-18

A very hot day ensued for the golfers today but thankfully there was no rain. Phoenix Lakes and Ocean was the challenge and the course was in great condition. Only a small field and the scoring went from terrible to excellent. There was a three-way countback on 32 points that Thiery Petrement won to take third spot, second went to the ever-consistent Graham Beaumont on 38 but Kiwi Bill Marsden showed all and sundry what you can do with a Rogue driver, scoring 41 points to take the top spot ranging the bell back at the bar to celebrate.
